Norman Missionary Adventures

We train our staff to be the "bridge between cultures in Jesus' name."  Each location raises up their own local staff to lead and assist in week long trips.  Staff retreats have become a pivotal training component to have effective staff serving on our mission trips.  We try to instill vision and purpose along with practical training.  We train each staff member to serve the local church and work under the authority of the local pastor, while guiding the mission's team through ministry.   With unity at the core, we commission our staff to be missionaries all over their own country and help make ministry opportunities happen for the teams that come to serve.
